How we work at Newcastle Design

Step 1
You can visit our showroom to view our 20 displays of kitchens, studies and bedrooms open six days a week. See contact details for our opening hours. Please make a prior appointment if you have your room measurements and wish to discuss your requirements with a designer. Alternatively feel free to have a good browse through our collections. You can also email us your measurements and we will forward you a wish list to complete and return.

Alternatively, we can meet you at your home where possible to take measurements and gather your requests
and if you wish we can meet with your architect, interior designer or builder at this point.

Step 2
Our Design Time
We require approximately four working days to work on your initial design concept.

Step 3
Review your discussion drawing and quotations
At this stage we would invite you to our showroom to discuss our proposed design, ideas exact costing on
all work involved.

Step 4
Design Revisions
It is not uncommon for designs to be revised several times before they are finalised, however we will be seeking decision from you after the second revised drawing / pricing to see if you will be running with us for your desired furniture. All revisions are normally done by email to cut down on your travel time and take approximately four working days from your request.

Step 5
Design Completion
Once you are happy with our design proposals and costing and wish to proceed with your order, a final meeting in the showroom to select all finishes will be required along with the requested deposit. Then your designer will visit your site to finalise the order thus insuring every detail will be made to perfection.

Step 6
Installation
Phillip Hempenstall co founder and owner of Newcastle Design will oversee the complete running of your project on the ground and will arrange to meet you during the installation and end of the project at the handover stage. Phillip will be fully briefed on every aspect of the project from the design finalisation by Ronan Carey his fellow Director, thus insuring every client can rest assure that they are dealing with both owners of the company from
beginning to end. This feature allows us to work as an unrivalled customer service team.
